Dial Agent Labs / SightLine AI ("we", "us", or "our") provides automated voice and visual diagnostic triage services for residential appliance, HVAC, plumbing, and property management providers.

1. Information We Collect

When you call a service line powered by SightLine AI and choose to open the diagnostic camera link, we collect:

• Your caller ID phone number, name, and service address provided during the call.
• Audio/transcript of the diagnostic call and photos/video frames captured through the browser camera page (such as appliance model/serial tags and symptom evidence).

2. How We Use Information

We use this information solely to generate a pre-dispatch diagnostic ticket for the service provider you contacted, and to send transactional SMS links (the camera session link and post-call diagnostic summary) that you verbally request during the call.

3. SMS & Mobile Privacy (10DLC Compliance)

No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent data will ever be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messages are strictly transactional and initiated only upon your verbal request during an active support call. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages, or HELP for assistance.

4. Data Retention & Security

Diagnostic captures and tickets are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage and shared only with the service business handling your repair request.
